Shin Wellness is an integrative care practice in Miami with twelve services, from chiropractic to functional medicine. The ask: turn a long list into a warm, root cause nurture flow in GoHighLevel, where every email sounds like the same calm, benefit led voice.
What I built
One template, twelve emails.
- A reusable, Outlook safe template that holds the brand in every client.
- A standalone email for each of the 12 services, from chiropractic to BrainTap.
- A credentials strip that carries authority without shouting.
- A "what to expect" three step that lowers first visit nerves.
- A benefits grid mapped to their three care paths.
All built and sent in GoHighLevel, so the practice can reuse the template for any campaign.
Every email is mobile first, so the same calm layout holds on a phone.
